You will receive an email and sms confirmation from Razorpay payment gateway about your payment.
Your Order status will continue to show as Pending.
Within 24 hours we will do a full QC again of your product and then send you an GST Invoice on your email and whatsapp.
After creating your Invoice, we will pack your product securely in bubble wrap and hand over your shipment to the Courier. You will then start receiving delivery notifications on email and sms from the Courier. Please note that the package shipment does not have Sahivalue branding. We ship 98% of our orders within 24 hours of receiving payment.
Your shipment has transit insurance. To enable us to process your claim in the rare case an item is damaged, please take a clear, uninterrupted video when opening the package.
